In order to view PDF files, you must have a PDF reader program such as Adobe PDF Reader or Foxit Free PDF reader.

You can download Foxit free Reader here or Adobe free Reader here. Be sure to uncheck the box for the (optional) Free McAfee® Security Scan Plus unless you really want to install it too. After installing one these viewers you will be able to open and read the PDF file.
